On-site Campus

Our custom built training school, with a capacity of 100 live in students, caters for initial recruit training as well as more focused training for the many spheres in which our staff are likely to find themselves working.

Management Training

Our countrywide operation demands a well-developed and highly skilled Management structure to ensure strict control and high-level service delivery. Drawn from a variety of military and commercial backgrounds, the Fawcett Management Team collectively boasts many hundreds of year’s relevant experience and backed up by similarly well qualified Supervisory staff, is equal to the task.
