Frequently Asked Questions

Our response vehicles are all satellite tracked in real time.

Our crew will collect a locked box from the customer. They will then place a numbered seal on the box to ensure that the box cannot be opened and the contents not tampered with. The crew will provide a written receipt on collection of the consignment. Our crews do not carry keys for the boxes.

Our fleet of trucks are serviced regularly by qualified staff in accordance with manufacturer recommendations. Service records are available for each vehicle.

Yes, we do, however, they must obey our rules of operations and our crew commander’s instructions at all time whilst in our CIT vehicles. They are also required to sign an indemnity.

Our charges are based on a time and mileage basis on country runs or on a fixed charge within the city or town of service.
